We are aware that Smart Warehousing is being fraudulently listed as the fulfillment provider for a scam involving wheelchairs, rollators, and walkers. Upon investigation we discovered that a 3-in-1 Rollator Wheelchair was listed on a website called Decspot that has since been shut down. We have since found that the Rollator and Walker are listed on a website called Gerender.shop. On these websites it fraudulently states that both products, the 3-in-1 Rollator Wheelchair and Rollator and Walker, are shipped from Smart Warehousing. This is a scam – Smart Warehousing does not have any affiliation with Decspot, Gerender.shop, or these products.
We strongly advise you to avoid purchasing the 3-in-1 Rollator Wheelchair or Rollator and Walker from Decspot or Gerender.shop because both are scam listings in which you will be asked to provide payment, but never receive the product. Both sites fraudulently use Smart Warehousing’s information as the fulfillment provider to help establish credibility and appear legitimate. We have leveraged external counsel to serve a cease-and-desist to both websites. With that said, the Decspot site is no longer active, but the Gerender.shop site with the Rollator and Walker is currently active.
If you have previously submitted payment in an attempt to purchase either the 3-in-1 Rollator Wheelchair or Rollator and Walker from Decspot or Gerender.shop with Smart Warehousing listed as the shipper, the Federal Trade Commission recommends you contact your bank, tell them it was a fraudulent charge, and ask them to reverse the transaction and give you your money back.

We are actively working to resolve this and remove Smart Warehousing’s information from Gerender.shop in addition to watching for any new scam listings. We will keep this blog updated with any new information.
